What is LingerieNYC.com's return policy? 

Because we take great pride in providing you with high quality and value we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase you may return unworn merchandise within 30 days with all merchandise tags attached for a refund or exchange. 

However, for the protection and health of our customers and employees and due to sanitary regulations we are unable to accept returns on anything that show signs of having been worn. This means YOU CAN TRY THINGS ON but we are unable to accept for return any garments that show signs of having been worn or are tainted or soiled in any way. Opened hosiery/bodystockings are not returnable. 

How do I return something? 

To return an item, enclose it with the invoice and original tags attached to the item. Please indicate on the invoice the reason for the return and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Usually the best way to send a return is through First Class Mail With Delivery Confirmation. Please allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange once we have received and processed the returned item.All refunds will be issued to the original credit card. Shipping fees are not refundable,however for an exchange there is no charge to ship the item back to you.

Who pays for return shipping? 

For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value, there is no charge to ship the item to you. However, if you would like to purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges. 

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
